Butterfly Adventures is a husband and wife team. They offer personalised guided walking in Spain while using local specialists for hotel accommodation, restaurants, etc., to promote responsible tourism in an unspoilt part of Andalusia.Our mission statement is to do our utmost so you can enjoy your walking holiday or relaxing break fully. Sandrine Dos-Santos will be your guide throughout your walking holiday. She is an experienced guide (over 10 years) who has been involved in walking clubs organisation and marking/restoring abandoned footpaths. Her walking experience has covered many countries such as Australia, New Zealand, India, France, England, Scotland and Spain. Seasoned itinerant mountain walker, She now prefers to guide gentle walks with lots of stops to enjoy the scenery/wildlife and the experience. Co-author with Diane Beach from the Hotel Los Castaños of a concise guidebook about this beautiful secluded area, Alto Genal Valley, A complete Guide, Sandrine is knowledgeable in the history of the Genal valley, its footpaths and its flora/fauna. Fluent in English, French and Spanish, your guide makes sure that you are understood and that you enjoy your holiday to the full. Reiki practitioner since 2002, she also offers Reiki sessions after walking. Ian Williams will be your ‘chauffeur’ throughout your stay and will make sure everything runs smoothly so that you can all enjoy your walking holiday in Spain without any worries.
